The Semi-Auto is an economic HT-HP dyeing system of vertical design for all yarn. The dyeing capacity ranges from 50-3,000 kg with the same liquor ratio. The machine is operated with an air cushion, but can also be equipped with full flooding. The Semi-Auto is suitable for cross-wound bobbins, warp beams, yarn hanks, loose stock and combed top, yarn springs loaded,cotton,polyester,woolen.

Automated Electrical Saffty
•“y” Type Valve- This valve is attached on the main door with solenoid(electrically controlled) which with stand pressure of 7BAR.this is ½” valve which is automatic regulated with a pressure switch attached.•How it works- If the pressure gets above 4.5kg/cm2 the valve automatically opens and releases the pressure into color tank and the pressure as comes into the it limits as per the pressure is set into pressure of 4kg/cm2.
Mechanical Saffty
•Main door locking system- As the internal pressure increases above 0.5kg the machine gets locked by the means of safety locking valve, and it opens only when the machine is stopped and the pressure decreases up to 0kg/cm2.Pressure Regulated Saffty
